Week Late SFYTT

Life has sure been busy lately - not sure where the time has gone.  Session seems to always put my life into fast forward which is why I can fell okay about posting my SFYTT from last week - this week. . .

 
I just love this new paper from Taylored Expressions, the polka dots and stripes are just too yummy! I highly recommend you pick some up as soon as possible!
 
I colored the cake stand and outlined it in a Spica silver marker and added some white liquid applique for the frosting.

Don't you love this crocheted flower? It's from the Bohemia collection from My Mind's Eye.

Believe it or not, I actually created an inside to this card. Loving my new flower dies from Spellbinders. Put those on your "to buy soon list" too!

Hopefully I'll be back over the weekend with the SFYTT from this week, but I'm not making any promises. . .

Patience Is A Virtue? Patience Is A Pain!

I've always heard that patience is a virtue - well in this case it's way more than that. . .you have all been so patient with me and I deeply appreciate it!  My world has been slightly crazy with the beginning of session and traveling back and forth - I'm home for the weekend and **drum roll** please - we have winners!

Give Me Just A Little More Time. . .

Before anyone yells at me, I realize that yesterday was to have been the day for annoucing winners for both week four and the final blog candy prize.  What I didn't take into account was the fact that I would be in DC for a business trip

and would be unable to check the mail for cards to determine who the final winner would be. . .since I'm still in DC, I need another day or two to get home and figure out who the winners are. . . the good news?  If you haven't mailed your cards in, you have another couple of days to get them to me!  Just a reminder - you must have participated in all four of the challenges to be eligible for the Cricut Personal Cutter. The Cricut will not be shipped until I have received all four (or more **smile**) of your cards.  So give me just a little more time. . .
